How to download your contract
Below are 3 different ways to easily download and edit your contract. Please choose the most suitable choice for your convenience.
1. Download to Microsoft Word
1. Click on the required PDF File
2. Click 'File' at the top left hand corner of your computer.
3. At drop down menu please select 'Export as PDF'
4. Save file to your computer. I recommend naming the file to make it easier to find.
5. Find saved file in your saved documents.
6. Double click the contract to open it.
7. If you have a MAC computer you can select the 'file filling tool bar' at the top right corner this will allow you to edit the PDF.
8.Once complete on your MAC computer click 'file' then 'close selected PDF document' this will save the updated version you edited.
9. If you have any other computer. Open Microsoft word.
10. Click 'Open' in Microsoft word app.
11. Select the PDF
12. Edit the PDF in Microsoft word
13. click 'file' and 'save' once complete.
14. Return to Zoe.
2. Open in Canva
1. Click on the required PDF File
2. Click 'File' at the top left hand corner of your computer.
3. At drop down menu please select 'EXPORT AS PDF'
4. Save file to your computer. I recommend naming the file to make it easier to find.
5. Search for www.canva.com online, if you don't have a profile you can sign up for FREE.
6.Once logged into Canva select the 'DOCS' option
7. Click 'File' which is at the top left of the Canva website.
8. Click 'IMPORT FILES' then 'CHOOSE FILES'
9. Find saved contract in your saved documents.
10. Click the contract to open it.
11. The contract will be under the 'ALL' section on the left hand side. Click on the contract to open it on the page.
12. On the top left corner click on 'EDIT DESIGN' this will allow you to edit and add your details.
13. Complete page by page, once page 1 is complete click 'SAVE' and continue to next page by selecting it on the left hand side.
14. Once all pages are complete, select 'SHARE' at the top right hand corner. Then click 'DOWNLOAD' and then 'DOWNLOAD' again. This will save it to your computer.
15. Return to Zoe
3. Paper Copy
A paper copy will be provided at the Trial for you to fill in.
